Sending Files
Uploading files on this website
This is the method we prefer you to use because it is closely integrated into our system and fits neatly into the way we work.
Uploads cannot get lost. When your upload is complete you will receive instant confirmation in your web browser that the
file is on our server.
Once you have that confirmation you KNOW we have your file and that people have been notified of it's arrival.
Also when you send an upload you can place an online order at the same time or request an estimate for your printing.
To upload files just select "UPLOAD" from the main menu bar above.
Email Attachments
You can email your files to us if you wish. Send general communication to 'admin@caralan.com', pricing enquiries to 'estimates@caralan.com',
artwork queries to 'artwork@caralan.com' and jobs to 'jobs@caralan.com'.
This is not our preferred way for you to send us files because we have no way of knowing that you have sent an email and you have
no reliable way of knowing we have received it. Also email communication is often not a direct link between us and can go through
any number of third party mail servers as your message is routed to us. These mail relays may impose their own restrictions on
attachment size, content, virus scans and spam filtering. Neither you nor we can control what happens to your email once you
have sent it and large attachments are often not very popular with mail server administrators.
Post or Carrier
Use this method if your files are huge or you actually need to send us something as well as your artwork file. Also, obviously
it is not possible to upload or email a cheque if you don't intend to pay by credit card.
